Leadership
Many a times I wonder...
How do leaders become leaders?
Through great leadership? Charisma? Ability? Vision? Spirit?
For many leaders out there....None it seems.
Each of the above is a mark of great leaders.Even one of the traits would be enough to enthrall and attract followers to do their bidding willingly.
Yet, many in leadership positions nowadays simply do not have what it takes anymore. How they survive the climb up there is a conundrum to me. Perhaps the 'leaders' who train these would-be leaders are identical to their trainees linking a whole chain of inept leadership system. This is especially inherent in the army. Not many people can change it, but those who can i hope they take notice soon, because the word leader is being vilely corrupted by the likes of these people.

Some brief revelations...
No one is born doomed to mediocrity. Its a choice you make between the failure/success package and the mediocre package.
Mediocre package.
Maths Eqn:0+0+0+0+0+0+0=0
Mediocre=sad existence=better off dead
Nothing will ever change. No progress, no learning experiences.
On the other hand,
No responsibility,no blame, no expectations, no pressure
Failure/Success Package
Maths Eqn:Failure+Failure+Failure+...+Failure=Success
Success doesnt come easily. It is the result of failures.
Are you ready to Fail?
To take the blame?
To take the responsibility?
To work doubly hard?
Make the right choice.
Stop languishing in mediocrity.
You never know what you can do until you try.

And so it begins. The Eye is born. Today. 14th February 2008. Weird date and time, but just like births of you and me, there is no choice involved but fate and destiny. When the time is up, you know it is.
